Freeholders Public Notice Publication

The Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders will continue the Public Hearing on the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 0-12-0008 - BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL EQUIPMENT BY THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $6,000,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $5,710,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE COUNTY FOR FINANCING SUCH APPROPRIATION

Said Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., in Room 506, Hall of Records, 465 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Newark, New Jersey

The Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders’ Finance Oversight Committee, which is comprised of all nine members of the Board, will convene a meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 4:30 P.M., in Room 501 at the Hall of Records, 465 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Newark, New Jersey.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the status of the Corrective Acton Plan for the 2010 Essex County Audit.

The Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders may take Formal Action at the following Conference Meetings:
