(No visitors will be permitted access after 1:00 p.m.)

Effective Monday, 9/26/11 all ICE detainees shall be eligible to receive contact visits.  The days and times for contact visits are in the below schedule.  All detainees and their visitors that participate in the program are subject by, but not limited to, the visit rules and regulations of the facility. Any disciplinary infraction(s) that occur during a contact visit will render you ineligible from future participation in the program.  Three (3) visitors at a time are permitted to visit a detainee.

Efectivo Lunes, 09.26.11 todos los detenidos del ICE tendrán derecho a recibir visitas de contacto. Los días y las horas de visitas de contacto se encuentran en la siguiente tabla. Todos los detenidos y sus visitantes que participan en el programa están sujetos a, pero no limitado a, las reglas de visita y los reglamentos de las instalaciones. Alguna infracción disciplinaria (s) que se produja durante una visita de contacto hará que pierda el derecho de su futura participación en el programa. Tres (3) visitantes a la vez se les permite visitar a un detenido.

ECCF Visitor Dress Code
All visitors, including attorneys and official visitors, must be fully dressed in appropriate,
conventional, clothing which is not unduly provocative, suggestive or revealing.

  1. Visitors may not wear clothing that resembles inmate attire.
  2. Visitors may not wear adornments that could be used as weapons.
  3. Visitors may wear a wedding ring, a religious medallion and medical alert badges and

bracelets.

  1. Visitors may not wear clothing that displays gang signs, obscenities, drug or alcohol

designs, controversial messages or profanity.

  1. Visitors may not be barefoot.
  2. Visitors may not wear any garment which unduly exposes the shoulders, chest, back,

stomach, midriff or underarm.

  1. Visitors may not wear clothing made of sheer, transparent, net, mesh or any see-through

material.

  1. Visitors may not wear clothing designed or intended to be tightly worn or excessively

accentuate the body.

  1. Undergarments should not be visible.
  2. Dresses, skirts, jumpers, culottes and shorts may not be worn if more than four inches

above the kneecap when standing.

Inmates are allowed to send and receive an unlimited number of letters.

There shall be no restriction on the length, language, or context of letters or to whom an inmate may write except when there is a clear threat to the institution.

All incoming mail, letters or parcels will be examined/handled by Correctional Facility officials for cash, checks, money orders, and contraband, but not read except when such is deemed a threat to the security of the institution or used for illegal activity.

Inmates shall be permitted to receive books, magazines, newspapers or other printed matter mailed directly from the publisher or reputable book store

CLOSED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND OFFICIAL COUNTY HOLIDAYS.

Inmate may receive Western Union Funds, Postal Money Orders, Bank (redeemable) Money orders, Cashier’s Checks, or Certified Checks. NO TRAVELER'S EXPRESS OR STORE MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
